Who we are

Hello and welcome, I am so happy that you found our practice! My name is Mollie and I am the owner of Homebody Mental Health. I am a collaborative, curious, and grounded therapist. I believe creativity and identity are not fixed — they evolve. Together, we create space to examine old narratives, challenge internalized expectations, and build a life aligned with who you truly are.

My background is in movement sciences, mental health, and art. I received my B.S from the University of Vermont in Exercise Science and my M.A from Montreat College in Clinical Counseling. Outside of my practice I love to dance, paint, and spend time in nature with friends.

In session I rely heavily on relational and somatic work. I utilize many DBT strategies and will often ask you to tune into the sensation that happens in your body. Please reach out to me to schedule a consult call to see if we would be a good fit to work together.
